Doncaster Adult Mental Health Services (IAPT) are offering some workshops over the coming weeks. These might be useful for parents who are struggling with their mental wellbeing.
To help Doncaster people get a better understanding of how the IAPT service’s talking therapies’ work, the team has scheduled five workshops to be live streamed via the Microsoft Teams app in the next few weeks:
COVID-19 and wellbeing – Monday 22 February afternoon
Sleep and wellbeing – Tuesday 23 February morning
Relaxation and wellbeing – Thursday 25 February morning
Mapping out your problem – Monday 1 March afternoon
Worry and wellbeing – Thursday 4 March morning
Each session lasts around 90 minutes. Anyone can book onto one or more of the workshops by ringing 01302 565556 for an email link with the broadcast time. The sessions are not interactive so can be watched anonymously if preferred.
